Of course. Most people join solo or with one friend. The group becomes company from day one.

Do I need to be very fit?

Not athletic, but you should enjoy walking and full days.

How do I book a spot?

Fill in the form and we'll talk within 24 hours. Your spot is locked once the deposit is paid.

Will we see Mount Fuji?

We visit from Hakone, but a clear view depends on the weather. The mountain plays by its own rules.

Do I need a Japan Rail Pass?

No. All train tickets in the itinerary are included and arranged by us.

Get inside the place

Japan doesn't fit in one picture. It's the silence of a temple before the city wakes, the buzz of Shibuya, your first onsen and a bowl of ramen you find by chance. In 12 days you live it from the inside, with a small group and plenty of room to follow your own curiosity.

Day by day

The itinerary

We meet at Athens airport. First introductions, boarding passes in hand and off to the other side of the world.

Athens → Tokyo

We meet at Athens airport. First introductions, boarding passes in hand and off to the other side of the world.

First neon in Tokyo

Landing, check-in and a first walk in Shibuya. We cross the famous crossing and end the day in a small izakaya.

From old to new Tokyo

Asakusa and Sensō-ji early, a stroll along the Sumida, then Harajuku, Meiji Shrine and the lights of Shinjuku.

Tokyo your way

Free time for shopping, museums or neighbourhoods. In the evening, karaoke or ramen under the train tracks.

Tokyo → Hakone

We leave the city for Fuji-Hakone. Lake Ashi, Fuji views if the weather allows, and a ryokan night with onsen.

Shinkansen to Kyoto

We hop on the bullet train and change worlds in a few hours. First taste of wooden machiya and the lanes of Gion.

Temples and red gates

Fushimi Inari before the crowds, Kiyomizu-dera and a walk through Ninenzaka and Sannenzaka. Afternoon by the Kamo river.

We start in Arashiyama, walk the bamboo grove and continue to Kinkaku-ji. In the evening, taste whatever wins you over at Nishiki market.

Day trip to Nara

Deer in the park, the giant Buddha of Tōdai-ji and quiet paths with stone lanterns. Back to Kyoto.

Kyoto → Osaka

On to Kansai's most outgoing city. The castle, Shinsekai and street food under Dotonbori's neon.

One last taste of Japan

Free morning for Umeda or vintage shopping in Amerikamura. Farewell dinner and stories already on repeat.

Osaka → Athens

Morning transfer to the airport and flight back to Athens. The group chat, obviously, stays open.
